Mission Statement: The Department of IT&E, Government of West Bengal aims at creating a singular window for all TSP/ISP willing to function in the state and facilitate them to follow the guidelines and compliances mandatory to conduct their operations. Various state departments acting as accreditors/stakeholders are connected on the single channel to ensure that clearances are provided in an efficient and timely manner to issue the No Objection Certificate online to further assist the applicant to expedite the process of Telecom Infrastructure setup across the state.

Vision

Vision Statement: In alignment with the digital India initiative, the state of West Bengal aims at implementing a single window clearance system to streamline and digitize the process of NOC approval for telecom infrastructure setup in the state while keeping the process efficacious and transparent.
